Terms and Conditions

Please read and accept the following Ts&Cs and Privacy Policy before booking.

Check-in/Departure

  • Check-in is from 4pm-9.30pm on the day of arrival. Check-in outside of these times can be arranged but must be confirmed prior to arrival.
  • Checkout is by 10.30am on the morning of departure unless a later departure time is agreed by prior arrangement.
  • Please note that at present we are unable to accommodate any pets.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

  • Advance bookings: a 30 per cent non-refundable deposit will be taken at the time of booking to confirm reservation. In the event of a subsequent cancellation, we can issue a voucher to the value of that deposit should you wish to rebook with us on a different date (subject to availability).
  • The reservation balance falls due 14 days in advance of your scheduled arrival date. You will receive a payment link by email to complete the payment. Full payment must be received at least 10 days before the scheduled arrival date; otherwise the reservation will be cancelled and the room opened to new bookings.
  • Late bookings: Bookings made within 10 days of the scheduled arrival date will be charged at the full amount for the room and are non-refundable.
  • We offer free cancellation and/or full refund of any balance payment as long as a cancellation request is received at least 10 days in advance of the scheduled arrival date.

Change of Room

  • If a specific room or bunk is booked with us but then becomes unavailable via circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to transfer the booking to an alternative room or bunk of similar quality. 

Damage and Breakages

  • Normal wear and tear aside, you are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. We do not normally charge for breakages, but we reserve the right to charge for repair or making good if the damage is significant.

Smoking

  • Please note that smoking and/or vaping is not permitted anywhere in or near the property, apart from in the designated outdoor smoking area. Offending guests will be liable for professional cleaning of any rooms and may be asked to leave.

Liability

  • We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any guest or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees whilst acting in the course of their employment.

Termination Policy

  • We reserve the right, at our discretion, to terminate, without notice, any guest’s stay for unacceptable behaviour or actions likely to offend or endanger others. (Please note: flouting our no-smoking rule is covered by the above.) In such circumstances, any outstanding account must be settled; no refunds will be made.

Data

  • We are required by law to record the details of all guests aged over 16, including the date of arrival and departure, full name and nationality. We do this by asking you to fill in a registration form on arrival. These records will be kept for at least 12 months.
  • Some of the data gathered during the course of a booking may be held on computer. We would like to hold this data after your visit to be able to inform you of future offers and events. If you would prefer us not to hold this information please let us know.
